From the start Stephen and Andrew were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their subject.
Whilst very busy they were able to schedule the work to meet my expectations. They tested the laptop, identified three possible areas that needed attention and recommended a solution.
When faced with a request to fix two of the three they set about the necessary work, getting the spare parts needed very fast, in a prompt and efficient manner. This is the second time I have used their services and they come highly recommended for their professional approach.

In my case I purchased a new laptop from PC World and within months it had died on me, due to the rubish anti-virus they recommended I buy.

However PC guys rescued it and made it brand new, They installed a fantastic anti-virus software and were very knowledgeable and professional.

Their prices are much cheaper than PC world and I will definitely use them again.

I Highly recommend them. Never use PC World again.
