If you have purchased a domain name for an external site but are hosting with us you need to do the following.

Step 1: Point the domain name at our name servers.

For reference, our default name servers are:

ns1.interdns.co.uk (83.170.124.44)
ns2.interdns.co.uk (83.170.124.7)

Step 2: Open a support ticket in the help center (the place you are now) with the following information.

Your HOSTING USERNAME. The Package you purchased eg. osmium etc and the domain name you would like set up on your hosting e.g. MYSITE.co.uk.

Step 3. Wait, the process of updating name servers can take 48 hours.
